I give thanks to my friends.

This year had been one of the toughest ones in UGHS. After I pondered with my pillow I realize that the only thing that keeps me happy, not suicidal, quaint and not insensible are my friends. They are supporting me and since we are in the same pressure we give each other moral support as we like to call it. They are always their when I need to talk or when I implore for help in a homework assignment.  They show me how you can always be thereat to give one shoulder whenever I needed one and I learn how to give mine too. Yes this may be the toughest year of all but I give thanks to my friends because they stand by me no matter what and I have to make a obeisance to them for all they had give me.

Lung Cancer

     Cancer is a pernicious disease in all the world. Cancer is a disease that can appear for a lot of reasons. The first one is when you don't take good care of yourself. The second one is your habits, people sometimes have habits that can be dangerous for their health. The most common habit that can cause the born of cancer is smoking. Smoke is the number one reason of lung cancer. I consider myself a misogynist person when it comes to a persons that constantly smokes. Lets say in a rhetorical way that if you smoke the statistic say that you probably will have lung cancer at some point of your life. This information it is not new to people and most of the people that smoke are perspicacious so they know what they are doing with their life. The top situation that can get a person to smoke is the stress in their life. If a person make a lineamenents in their face every time they are in stress many people in the world will not have face at all. So it is important that people try to avert things that can cause cancer, of course they don't have to be in a bubble away from the world but they can be careful and value their life because you never know what may happen later.  

Worst Thanksgiving Vacations Ever

This year thanksgiving vacation, were not vacation at all. I have to do a lot of homework and especial assignment due next week. Sometimes i think teachers lost the true meaning of thanksgiving, they forget that we have life and family outside the schools walls. It is sad when you get to see your cousin or your grandparents and you can't spend a good time with them because you don't fill relax. It gets to the point that when my brother do a impersonation of me, he just grab a pencil or a pen and start writing anything and yelling: "I am Andrea and I prefer to be studying than go out with my friends."I think that before this year there is going to be a masthead in the news paper, and it would say "University Gardens students die of massive information in their brains". Maybe i am  exaggerating a little bit, but this year is a bad one for me. This year is full of trite because it is only work after work after work. I fill that i already talk in a verbose way to my friends thanks to all the essays I have to make to this year. I know I can be  little bit garrulous but this year I have reach the maximum. I have developed a phobia against essays, introductions and monographs. In conclusion this thanksgiving vacations were not a real vacation and this year at University Gardens can't be more irksome. 

The best weekend this year!

This past weekend I spend three days in "Campamento del Caribe" in Juana Diaz. This place is know for encourage people to spend time with nature. There is a beach near the camp, a fireplace and a lot of space to just run. My favorite part was sitting on a bench facing the beach at the moment of dawn. I only can hear the sullen and dauntless ocean, fill the sweet breeze and see the beautiful sun go away. My mind was empty this is something I did not know I was dross of doing because i always thought that my mind was capacious with all the school work. and for the first time in month I fill relax. I just seat there for an hour just watching, hearing, filling and smelling the abstruse Caribbean ocean in front of me. I officially averred this weekend one of the best ones yet.

2011 UGHS Volleyball Tournament

The volleyball tournament was a feat for me and many other students. I have to coordinate the teams that would come and at what time they will play. In the tournament I had to make sure they come and they were comfortable. After all this work I have to play and represent the school. Maybe we lose the championship because the coach became conscientious at the end and make too many bad choices but the important thing is that it was fun and it was memorable. After this the coach act in an animosity way that really upset me and the rest of the team. I it make me feel a little derogatory after loosing in my own court. In general was a great experience, it was  super exhausting and I was under a lot of pressure but at the end everything turn out find and every person had a great time.

How to make a chicken quesadilla

The ingredient:

-quesadilla template

-Chicken

-Cheese

-dressing

First,  put the chicken to cook with dressing as wished. And at the same time put one quesadilla template at a very low fire in the stove. Then let the chicken fervent with the dressing. With jauntily take out the chicken out of the stove when it is ready. Later put some cheese at the quesadilla template just the nitty-gritty. After the cheese is melted you will have to put some chicken in the quesadilla it is supposed to look like a chromakey had hapend between the cheese and the chicken. Next , try to impersonate a Mexican person by trying to turn the quesadilla the other away. After finish, get it out of the stove and let it cool down. Not for being a haughty but this are the best quesadilla that nobody will ever tasted.

Senior Year

This Senior year has been the most different year in my high school experience. First is my last year at school so is going to be cantankerous because it means you have to get good grades if you want to go to college and have a career. Hypothetically if you lower your grades, college will be far far away from you. This is the situation that I am going thru, at this point I sincerely envy my friends in other schools that do nothing but get good grades. It is sad how much I work and my grades don't improve, it is like I am having a senior mental paralysis because sometimes I think my brain is not working the way it should work this year. I consider myself in past years as a savvy person, but this year had make me believe that maybe I am not that savvy and this reality turns my confident down. Yes I had made a trite about how difficult this year has been, I am saying this because this the way I fill and the way I will until I apply and I enter the college that I want. This will make happy again and confident again! :)

Taylor Swift vs Selena Gomez

Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez are know for being affability with the fans and the people that surround them. They have different types of music and different ways of transmitting a message. Taylor talk about her yore with different memories and fun fact that happen to her. Selena talk about her morrow and how she see it. Taylor presents the story in a fantastic way so the person can relate to that feeling and feel good about it. Selena presents the story in a normal way but includes a lot of surcease, sometimes it can interrupt the story and the message. Finally what most people like about this two artist is how great they are not involving their personal life into their professional life. This means that they can have a horrible day but when it comes to work they just pretence and continue working.

Cause and Effect - Teenage Pregnancy

Teenagers all over the word are taking wrong decision at premature moments. Some of them think that they know everything making them haughty. The common consequences are pregnancy and sexual disease. This lead to a lot of disputations between the teenagers and their parents. If the couple want to keep the baby sometimes the father of the baby is caitiff with no future and maybe don't care about anything except himself. Some of this guys make are ostentatious and braggart about how much sex they have with girls. They treat girls like a price or competence between them. What they don't know is that girls are filler and this kind of thing can heart them or mark them for life. So before we make a premature decision lets evaluate what could happen if we take it and confront the consequences that it can bring.

My conversation with Jerry Balbuena

Jerry Balbuena was my history teacher in seventh and part of eight grade, but suddenly he had a heart attack in the school and he die. I really miss him a lot and he is the most significant lost in my life because he was an extraordinary human being. When nobody believed in me not even me, he was there, supporting me and telling me "you are better than this, you can achieve everything." This words got to my mind so hard, that when I lose faith in me i always think of him and the faith that he had in me. 

Me: Hey Balbu!

Balbu: Hey Andrea!

 Me: So, how is heaven?

Babu: It is different but i like it. 

Me: I am so happy to hear that, but i still miss you.

Balbu: I miss you all, i really wish to be in the intellectuals that year with you guys and be a braggart saying how my honor group is the best. 

Me: I am sure that you saw everything and i hope you were proud of us.

Balbu:  Of course i was proud!

Me: You know what i still remember?

Balbu: What?

Me: Our little disputation about the school i had choose to go after the graduation and you practically call me a caitiff for no wanting a more challenging school.

Balbu: Well as i can see you follow my advice and now you are at one of the most prestigious school in Puerto Rico and that makes me so proud. You had become a savvy person and i could not ask for more. 

Me: Thank you.

Balbu: Well i have to go, it was fun talking to you after all this years, i hope you take care and congrats for being a Senior. 

Me: Thank you for your time remember that i will never forget you!

Me at the 80's

How would my life be in another era? The era that it will be most fun to be in, probably will be the 80's. The 80's was an era of a lot of progress in society. The biggest progress was in the music. Important persons like Michael Jackson and Madonna made their appearance in the music industry, were they leave a mark. My life in that era will be happy because at this point of my life I really enjoy a lot of 80's music and when I heard memories from my parents life, I really wish I had live in this era. 

Taylor Swift

I have a lot of favorite songs. Most of them are from Taylor Swift, my favorite artist. I really like her music because I sense that we have felt the same emotions at a point in our lives. This I know because most of the lyrics of her songs get close to describing moments of my real life, moments that have happened to me more than once. So it is very difficult for me to choose one in specific, since I love most of them. Since I can only pick one, I have decided to go with one that can describe my current feelings. This song is "Sparks Fly".

Sparks Fly is a song that can relate to the feelings you get when you see that special person in your life, though you can see it from different points of view. For example, the part that I love the most about the song is expressed in the verse: "Cause I see sparks fly whenever you smile". This verse expresses how I feel when I see that special person, and how I get filled with joy whenever that person smiles at me. This is why I love Taylor, because she has put into words the feelings I present when I'm spending time with that person. So yes Sparks Fly is my favorite song.

Is being a boy is more easy?

What can I do as a boy that I can't do as a girl? Being a boy is more easy? This are the questions that I ask my self when I think about this. Society has prove us that if you are a boy your life will be more easier than if you are a girl. They keep telling us that this had change but if you think about it, it had not change anything.

My name is Andrea del Mar Flores Hernandez. I am 17 years old and my birthday is in January 4. I study at University Gardens and I am currently in 12 grade. At my free time I like to hang out with my friends, do sports and sometimes read a book. The places that i love to hang out  are the beach and the movies.  I love to play sports and my favorite one is volleyball. I had played other sports like basketball, softball and track & field but the one I love and enjoy the most is volleyball and is the one that I still play in school.  In my free time when i don't have homework or test to worry about I like to read a book. The types of books that I like are science fiction, mistery and romance.  When I grow up I want to become a Pedriatic Surgeon, i know is not going to be easy but i will take the challenge. After this I would like to travel to Paris, London, Italy, Australia and many others. This is a little bit of myself I hope you enjoy it! ;)
